2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Corfu Traveller.

  • “Customer” refers to any individual or group booking services with the Company.

  • “Services” include private transfers and tours/excursions provided in Corfu.

  • “Transfer” refers to transportation services between locations.

  • “Tour” refers to shore excursions with a driver only or with a driver and a licensed guide.

3. Services Provided

The Company provides:

  • Private airport, port, hotel/villa, and customised transfers within Corfu

  • Organised tours and excursions across Corfu

All services are provided by prior reservation only and are subject to availability.

4. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made through the website, email, or other official communication channels.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified at the time of booking.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including lead passenger name, flight details, pickup location, date, and number of passengers.

The Company shall not be responsible for service issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

5. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are in Euro (€).

  • Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment methods may include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (where applicable).

  • The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in taxes, fees, or operational costs.

6. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Transfers

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup or no-shows are non-refundable.

Tours & Excursions

  • Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

Company Cancellations

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Force majeure

  • Safety or operational concerns

In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative option or a full refund.

7. Flight Delays & Waiting Time (Transfers)

  • The Company monitors flight and ferry arrivals for airport and port pickups.

  • A reasonable waiting time is included; excessive delays may incur additional charges.

  • The Company is not responsible for missed transfers due to extreme delays or failure by the Customer to notify changes in arrival details.

8. Tours & Excursions Conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, traffic, safety, or operational reasons.

  • Tour durations are approximate.

  • Licensed professional guides are provided only when explicitly stated and selected by the Customer.

9. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

  • Arrive on time at designated pickup points

  • Follow instructions given by drivers and guides

  • Respect vehicle. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Consumption of food and beverages inside the vehicle is not permitted, unless explicitly agreed in advance with the Company.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or immediately terminate the service without refund for any Customer whose behaviour violates these obligations, endangers safety, or disrupts the experience, and to impose additional cleaning or damage fees where applicable.

10. Liability & Responsibility

  • The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or force majeure.

  • The Company is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • Customers are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance.

11. Vehicles & Insurance

  • All vehicles used are fully licensed, insured, and compliant with Greek transport regulations.

  • All drivers hold valid professional licenses.

12. Personal Data & GDPR

Personal data collected is used solely for booking management and communication purposes.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on the website is always the valid and applicable one.
