CorfuTraveller offers the quality you are looking for in road transport. Our high quality vehicles, combined with experience, kindness and services from our drivers are some of the things we invite you to discover.
Our driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals gate, by holding a board with your name on it. We monitor inbound flights/ship arrivals, thus we know the exact time you arrive and the gate you will use.
Our drivers are more than punctual. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our hands there is a delay, please contact us immediately.
We want each of our passengers to ride in absolute comfort – even our younger riders who aren’t ready to ride in the big seats yet. Thus, we provide special seats for infants and children. During the booking process, please mark the Baby Seat checkbox and the age of the infant/child, so that our drivers have already installed the appropriate infant/child seat.
We allow pets. Please note that company policy states that pets must be in a secure pet carrier at all times. We must be notified when making a reservation that a pet will be travelling in the vehicle.
Corfu Traveller strives to accommodate even last-minute requests for transfers. However, the earlier οf your travel date you book your transfer, the better, in order to ensure we will have a vehicle available when you need it. Contact us when you’re ready to book, and we’ ll do our best to meet your needs.
For international flights, it is best to arrive at the airport at least 2-2,5 hours prior to departure. The queues to get a boarding pass are generally much longer during summer time, so bear this in mind when booking your transfer.
No, we only offer private transfer services, the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for you.
Your transfer is private and direct, unless you make us a request for a stop. For any changes on the predefined route, please give us a note prior to your transfer, so that the driver is aware of.
Transfers
You may cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Changes made within 48 hours may incur a fee.
Tours & Excursions
You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the tour start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Changes made within 72 hours may incur a fee.
Yes, transfer cancellation is free of charge if made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

If your flight or ferry arrives earlier or later than scheduled, we track arrival times and adjust the pick-up accordingly at no extra cost, but slight delays may occur due to last-minute schedule changes, so mutual understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
If the delay is significant or the arrival is much earlier than expected, availability may be limited, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your schedule.
You are required to provide Passport or ID details for transfers in order to comply with Greek law.
According to Greek Law 4530/2018 (Article 5), licensed transfer services (vehicles with driver) are obliged to keep a passenger list with identification details for legal, safety, and insurance purposes. These details may be requested by the competent authorities during inspections.
